Общие положения</p> <p>Руководство кланом осуществляет Мастер Клана. <br />Высшим органом клана является Совет клана. Он принимает самые важные решения. Все принимаемые решения утверждаются голосованием членов Совета. <br />Членами Совета являются Мастер, Маршал и Майоры клана. Капитаны могут участвовать в совещании, их мнение учитывается, но они не имеют права голосовать. <br />Решение считается принятым если за него проголосовали трое майоров и маршал. Решения маршала могут быть отменены голосованием 4-х майоров либо Мастером. Мастер также может отменять решения майоров. Мастер не может быть смещен с должности. Маршал может быть смещен с должности при наличии двух условий: явное нарушение устава клана, решение всех 4-х майоров. Майор может быть смещен с должности при наличии двух условий: явное нарушение устава клана, решении маршала и 3-х остальных майоров. Капитаны могут быть смещены с должностей решением Мастера, решением Маршала и одного из майоров либо решением 3-х майоров. Аналогичным способом капитаны назначаются на свою должность.</p> <p>2. Цели и задачи</p> <p>2.1 Первоочередной целью клана, является объединение единомышленников, создание для них комфортных условий на просторах ПВ. <br />2.2 Задачей клана является укрепление позиций клана в игре и всех его членов в частности. <br />2.3 Стратегической целью является завоевание авторитета клана на сервере Орион. <br />2.4 Тактической целью является укрепление позиций клана на сервере Орион, создание сильного состава по уровню игроков и обучение их механизмам игры.</p> <p>3. Имущество и финансы</p> <p>3.1 Все денежные средства, используемые для развития клана и членов клана являются Казной клана. <br />3.2 Казна клана формируется за счет добровольных пожертвований соклан, необходимых для достижения определенных целей. <br />3.3 Размер пожертвований принимается Советом клана. <br />3.4 Отчет о переводах предоставляется во внутреннем разделе клан-сайта(которого пока нет). <br />3.5. Руководство Казной осуществляет назначенный Советом Клана старший офицер.</p> <p>4. Права и Обязанности<br />4.1 Каждый Член клана обязан: <br />4.1.1 По возможности ежедневно посещать форум .<br />4.1.2 Соблюдать Устав клана и Законы PW. <br />4.1.3 Оказывать посильную поддержку клану, принимать участие в жизни клана.<br />4.1.4 Не разглашать внутреннюю информацию клана без ведома Совета клана. <br />4.1.5 Член клана обязан подчиняться офицеру клана, решение которого может оспаривать лишь старший по званию.<br />4.1.6 Предупреждать (в соответствующей теме в группе) о долгом отсутствии, об уходе из Гильдии, об уходе из ПВ.<br />4.1.7 После необоснованного ухода из клана (не указанного в теме об отсутствии и уходе) повторный прием осуществляется через тему о возвращении на форуме.<br />Возвращение в клан может осуществляться не более 3х раз.<br />4.2 Каждый Член клана имеет право:<br />4.2.1 Рассчитывать на помощь соклан в любом вопросе, в том числе помощь с боссами, данжами, хх, сложными квестами. <br />4.2.2 В случае возникновения конфликтной ситуации между сокланами, которую они не могут решить самостоятельно, сообщить об этом для урегулирования конфликта старшему офицеру клана.</p> <p>4.3 Членам клана запрещено: <br />4.3.1 Материться в клан-чате и на форуме. <br />4.3.2 Флудить и капсить, злоупотреблять &quot;подонковским&quot; сленгом.<br />4.3.3 Оскорблять прямо или завуалировано Членов клана. <br />4.3.4 Оспаривать решения офицеров и руководства Клана.<br />4.3.5 ПК, а также провоцирование других персонажей.
